Wooden Fujian Door Panels – 4 pcs. available

These four door panels from Fujian belong in a set, but are sold individually. The doors are made predominantly with Fir wood, with the carved flower at the top made of Camphor wood. Camphor wood is a soft wood without too many knots, which makes it suitable for carvings.

There are some imperfections on the door panels, which are part & parcel of old doors, some of these areas are highlighted below:

1. Door 1: there is a patched repair at the bottom left of the door, you can see that there is a piece of wood in a darker colour. This is visible on the front and back. There is also some damage at the bottom at the back, but this does not compromise the strength of the wood.
2. Door 3: there is a slim chip off the wood on the top right corner.
