A pair of carved ladies chairs from Zhejiang province, approx. 80-100 years old.
The original colour of the chairs was a dark reddish brown stain, this stain has largely faded but you can still see traces of this colour in various corners of the chairs. One of the chairs has carving of a crane at the back (longevity), and the other chair has carving of a rooster (good luck).
