An antique Elm & Pine wood table from Shanxi province, China, approx. 100 years old. The original colour of this table was a dark reddish brown and the lacquer was quite thick. This can be seen especially on the table top as most of the original lacquer had been worn off and you can see the thickness of the old lacquer.
The details on this table are very subtle, with carved borders & iron studs around the perimeter of the drawers. This size is great for a small wall, at the entrance or at the end of a passageway.
