This vintage bedroom cabinet originates from Zhejiang and is approximately 80 to 100 years old. Crafted from elm and pine wood, it has a natural original wood finish and beautiful original patina, and its legs end in small hoof feet.
The cabinet retains its original brass hardware, including a drawer faceplate shaped like a bat, a traditional motif symbolising good fortune. The vertical plates on the lower doors are detailed with floral and coin designs, while the door pulls also incorporate a matching coin motif. Please note that the original keyhole mechanism on the drawer is no longer functional.
