A very interesting piece of furniture, this is a footrest that would have been placed in front of a canopy bed or daybed, it is made of Fir wood and is approx. 80 years old. It can act as a low coffee table now, or even placed on top of another table or sideboard for display, the drawers are handy for storing accessories or knick-knacks.
