Vintage 2-Door Side Cabinet from Shanghai

This 2-door cabinet originated from Shanghai, and is approx. 60-80 years old. The art deco design on the doors and the details on the turned legs are very beautiful. The table top is made of a single plank of wood which is quite unusual, however the material used for this piece is not heavy, it is probably a soft wood similar to Pine. The door handles are new, but it would have been very similar to the original ones. A very interesting & functional piece of furniture that’s bound to be a conversation piece.
