Tall 2-tier Zhejiang Kitchen Cabinet with Fretwork on Front & Sides

This antique Zhejiang kitchen cabinet has very unusual fretwork designs. The front and sides have vertical spindles with inserts of slim carved panels featuring clouds & wave patterns. Made of Elm wood and Pine wood, this cabinet is thoughtfully constructed in two tiers for easy transport.

The original colour of the cabinet was reddish brown and was already badly damaged, that gave us the chance to repaint this in a modern distressed cool grey colour.

The internal shelves are removable but not adjustable.
