A pair of ceramic lions made in the style of the Tang Dynasty three-color glazed pottery, commonly called Tang Sancai (Tang three colours). The three colours usually comprise of green, brown and cream. The male lion has one paw on a ball, and the female lion has one paw on a cub. Reproduction. Base = W8 x D12cm, overall height 18cm.
