Teakwood Art Deco Mirror Frame

This art deco mirror originated from Shanghai and is approx. 60-80 years old. It was originally part of a 3-leaf mirror on a dressing table, but only the centre piece remains now. The two small pins on both sides show how it was attached to the other pieces in the past. Teak wood is not native to China, but in the past it was imported from neighbouring countries like Thailand to produce furniture.
